Your adventure begins early in the morning, around 6:30 AM, when you will meet your guide at your hotel for a seamless transfer to the Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival at the crater gate, your guide will drive you down to the floor of the crater, stopping briefly at the viewpoint to take in the breathtaking panoramic views. From there, you will continue deeper into the crater for an unforgettable wildlife experience.

The Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the “8th Wonder of the Natural World,” spans over 102 square miles and is encircled by 2,000-foot high walls. This natural sanctuary is home to nearly every species of wildlife native to East Africa, including the rare and endangered black rhino. During your game drive, you’ll have the opportunity to observe a variety of animals, such as lions, elephants, wildebeest, buffalo, hippos, hyenas, and more. Keep an eye out for elusive leopards and the iconic Maasai ostrich, Kori bustard, and other bird species. A delicious picnic lunch will be served at a designated spot within the crater, allowing you to take in the stunning scenery while enjoying your meal.

After the exciting game drive, you will ascend the crater walls and begin the journey back to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your preferred location.
